Fatma Abdella, 15-year old point guard was voted the Most Valuable Player at the FIBA Under 16 AfroBasket. She received multiple other awards, was selected as the Best Guard and was chosen to the First Team. Abdella averaged over 5 points per game during the event. She led the African Championships Under 16 in steals per game with over 5. Abdella's 11 points against Morocco were the most she scored at the tournament.
Zeina Amin, 16-year old power forward was honored as the Best Forward of FIBA Under 16 AfroBasket. She was also named to the First Team. Amin recorded 8 points and almost 6 rebounds per game at the event. Her 13 points against Tanzania were the most she scored at the tournament.
Emmanuela William, 15-year old center earned the Best Center at the FIBA Under 16 AfroBasket. She also earned a spot in the First Team. William's playmaking prowess was on full display as she secured the fifth position in rebounds per game averaging almost 12. She also registered over 8 points per game at the event. William had double-doubles in 2 games during the event. Her 26 points against Rwanda were the most she scored at the tournament.
Jane Diomande, 16-year old forward was voted to the First Team of FIBA Under 16 AfroBasket. Her masterful distribution skills earned her the second spot in points per game with an impressive average of over 15. Diomande also averaged almost 8 rebounds per game at the event. She has totalled 2 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 2 games during the event. Diomande's 24 points against Guinea were the most she scored at the tournament.
Shanice Mbaha, 16-year old swingman was selected to the First Team at the FIBA Under 16 AfroBasket. Her court vision was unparalleled as she secured the third spot in points per game, delivering an average of almost 15. Mbaha also logged almost 8 rebounds per game at the event. Her 19 points against Tunisia were the most she scored at the tournament.
