Algeria - Mali 18-104
Mali recorded the third straight victory as they crushed Algeria. Mali grabbed a massive 60-10 halftime lead and coasted to the victory in the second half. Rokiatou Berthe (06) posted 35 points, while Mariam Sarr (05) added 22 points, 15 rebounds, 17 steals and 7 assists for the winners. Hadjer Yahou (162-G-05) answered with 6 points for Algeria.

Uganda - Egypt 17-89
Egypt knocked down Uganda to stay undefeated at the championship. The hosts piled up a 41-10 halftime lead. They held Uganda to just 7 points in the second half and rallied to the victory. Jana Elalfy (192-C-05) stepped up with 21 points, while Maya Ahmed (184-F/C-05) added 12 points for Egypt. Gertrude Nyamutoro (06) replied with 9 points for Uganda.

Chad - Gabon 84-29
Chad stormed past Gabon for the first win in Cairo. Chad dominated from start to finish. They established a 34-17 halftime lead. Chad sank 50 points in the second half to cruise to the victory. Denise Naldjim (06) came up with 26 points, 11 steals, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for Chad. Jessicka Mavioga (161-G-05) replied with 10 points for Gabon.
