Preliminary Round of the U16 AfroBasket in Egypt is over. The host of this event ended this stage with perfect 5-0. In Day Five, Egypt blasted Tunisia 77-34 to stay perfect. Tunisia had 4-0 before this meeting, so they finished Preliminary Round as No.2. Both teams advanced to Semifinals. Third ranked Mali and fourth Angola also reached the next stage.
