NBL top team -City Oilers (16-1) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat tenth ranked UMU (4-13) in Kampala 68-59 . City Oilers forced 26 UMU turnovers. It was a great evening for international center Joel Kayira (208-2001) who led his team to a victory scoring 11 points and 8 rebounds. The former international point guard Fayed Baale (173-2001) helped adding 14 points and 4 steals. The best for the losing side was Otuko John with 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and Joshua Duallo (-1998) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. Four UMU players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. City Oilers have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 16-1 record. Newly promoted UMU keeps the tenth position with 13 games lost.
