The most exciting game of round 25 in the NBL took place in Kampala. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 4th placedUCU Canons (8-7) to sixth ranked KCCA P. (9-7) 58-56 in the game for the fourth place. Stanley Mugerwa stepped up with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 16 rebounds for the winners and guard Davis Assimwe chipped in 14 points. At the losing side Jimmy Otim (-1999) responded with 14 points and 6 rebounds and Alier Jongroor produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. KCCA P. moved-up to fourth place. UCU Canons at the other side dropped to the fifth position with seven games lost. They share it with Sommet.
