The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Kampala:KCCA Leopards (#3) and Magic S. (#6). Magic S. was defeated at home 60-65 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Magic S.. KCCA Leopards forced 19 Magic S. turnovers and outrebounded them 47-36 including a 37-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. KCCA Leopards looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. KCCA Leopards (11-3) have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain third position having just three points less than leader Lady Jaguars. Magic S. at the other side keeps the sixth place with eight games lost. They share the position with Tomahawks.
