There was a minor upset when much higher rankedSommet (13-8) was outscored by fifth ranked Jaguars (13-8) in Kampala 84-62 on Friday. Jaguars dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Sommet 's 34. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Jaguars made 7 blocks. The winners were led by Ian Lubwama who scored that evening 20 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists and George Agasi supported him with 23 points and 9 rebounds. Jaguars' coach felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 12 points and 11 rebounds by John Teko did not help to save the game for Sommet . Forward Peter Cheng added 13 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. Four Sommet players scored in double figures. Jaguars have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Sommet.
