NBL top team -JKL Dolphins (15-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed twelfth ranked Nkumba LM (0-15) in Kampala 67-47 . JKL Dolphins forced 28 Nkumba LM turnovers and outrebounded them 60-39 including a 28-13 advantage in offensive rebounds. JKL Dolphins players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. It was a great evening for the former international power forward Hope Akello (183-1997) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds. Angella Lokwameri helped adding 10 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. JKL Dolphins' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side Shalom Muwanguzi responded with 14 points and 6 rebounds and Penlop Amiya scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. JKL Dolphins have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 15-3 record. Newly promoted Nkumba LM still closes the standings with 15 games lost.
