No shocking result in a game in Kampala where second rankedJTL Jaguars (13-4) defeated 7th ranked Magic S. (5-8) 73-63 on Saturday. JTL Jaguars forced 25 Magic S. turnovers. Forward Mercy Batamuliza had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 25 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and international swingman Shakirah Nanvubya (-2000) chipped in 20 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) during the contest. The best for the losing side was Kenyan forward Joy Mupalia with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds and Auma Angela scored 6 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Magic S.'s coach let to play eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. JTL Jaguars maintains second position with 13-4 record behind leader JKL Dolphins. Magic S. lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with eight games lost. They share the position with Lady Tomahawks.
