No shocking result in a game when top-rankedBlazers (9-0) crushed 10th ranked Sommet (3-5) in Kampala 91-62 on Saturday. Blazers outrebounded Sommet 42-28 including 29 on the defensive glass. The former international guard Peter Obleng (190-2003) notched 16 points and 7 rebounds to lead the effort and the former international guard Ochera Innocent (-1997) supported him with 16 points and 6 rebounds. Five Blazers players scored in double figures. Even 12 points and 5 rebounds by Hon Kwany did not help to save the game for Sommet . John Teko added 8 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Blazers have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 9-0 record. Newly promoted Sommet dropped to the ninth place with five games lost.
