Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Kampala:JTL Jaguars (#1) and Lady Tomahawks (#5). Lady Tomahawks were crushed at home by 17 points 52-69 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. JTL Jaguars forced 27 Lady Tomahawks turnovers and outrebounded them 57-44 including a 30-11 advantage in offensive rebounds. Forward Mercy Batamuliza orchestrated the victory by scoring 9 points and 20 rebounds. Aziida Nabayunga (-2000) contributed with 14 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Christine Namyalo (-2006) answered with 16 points and guard Stella Lunkuse (-1998) added 4 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Lady Tomahawks. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. JTL Jaguars have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 4-0 record. Lady Tomahawks at the other side dropped to the eighth position with two games lost.
