Very significant was Azomco's (#7)74-69 road victory against bottom-ranked Inspired Gen. . Azomco brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. The winners were led by Beninese-Turkish guard Marc Seylan-Agbo (193-1992, college: UMES) who scored that evening 15 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists and Jarode Aworet (-2001) supported him with 11 points and 9 rebounds. Four Azomco players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 20 points and 21 rebounds by Cameroonian forward Jean Mouandjo (200-2003) did not help to save the game for Inspired Gen. . Joseph Lambe-Embola added 23 points for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. It was the only win of guest team this round and in all other games host teams recorded victories. Azomco maintains seventh position with 1-2 record. It was Inspired Gen. 's third loss in a row. Newly promoted team still closes the standings with three games lost.
