Bottom-rankedUR Kigali (0-10) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their tenth consecutive match to ninth ranked GSMRR (3-5) 65-53 . GSMRR forced 33 UR Kigali turnovers and had a 32-13 advantage in offensive rebounds. The winners were led by Rachel Gikundiro (169-2006) who had that evening a triple-double by scoring 19 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 10 steals and guard Marie Yamfashije (-2002) supported her with 23 points and 8 rebounds. Even 15 points and 7 rebounds by point guard Bonheur Niyigena did not help to save the game for UR Kigali . Shadia Mugabekazi added 14 points for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. GSMRR moved-up to eighth place. UR Kigali at the other side still closes the standings with ten games lost.
