An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Kigali. Top-rankedKepler faced second-best RP-IPRC Huye . Host Kepler (9-0) smashed guests from Butare (6-1) 98-47 . It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of RP-IPRC Huye. Kepler dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to RP-IPRC Huye 's 36 and had 28 for 41 from the free-throw line, while RP-IPRC Huye only scored eight points from the stripe. Kepler forced 26 RP-IPRC Huye turnovers and outrebounded them 68-38 including a 27-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. Kepler players were unselfish on offense dishing 32 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by RP-IPRC Huye 's players. It was a good game for Beninese center Veronica Keita (190-2001) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 30 rebounds. Point guard Nelly Nsanzabaganwa (-1995) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 7 rebounds, 14 assists and 6 steals for the winners. Four Kepler players scored in double figures. The former international Cecile Nzaramba (-1993) replied with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and Angelique Tuyishime (-2007) added 11 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for RP-IPRC Huye. Kepler have an impressive nine-game winning streak. Newly promoted Kepler maintains first position with 9-0 record. RP-IPRC Huye at the other side keeps the second place with one game lost.
