No shocking result in a game in Kigali whereAPR smashed Tigers 102-65 on Sunday. APR dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Tigers ' 32. APR forced 22 Tigers turnovers and had a 35-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. APR looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The former international Antino Jackson (182-1996, college: N.Mexico) scored 17 points and 5 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and Mali forward Aliou Diarra (200-2001) chipped in 18 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Four APR players scored in double figures. American swingman David Nickelberry (201-1998, college: Buffalo) responded with 20 points and 4 assists and Gabonese-Canadian forward Anthony Tsegakele (198-1999) scored 6 points and 10 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
