There was a minor upset when 10th rankedShooting (4-7) was smashed by twelfth ranked Somouha (4-7) in Giza 76-52 on Tuesday. Somouha forced 23 Shooting turnovers. The winners were led by the former international point guard Reem Awad (170-1993) who scored that evening 26 points and 6 rebounds and Menna Awad supported her with 10 points and 13 rebounds. Even 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists by center Malak Elhemaly (181-2008) did not help to save the game for Shooting . point guard Hana Elgoly (167-2007) added 10 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Somouha moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Shooting and Misr Insurance. Shooting lost fourth consecutive game.
