There was a minor upset in Cairo where 9th rankedSomouha (3-5) was edged by eleventh ranked Misr Insurance (3-5) 62-59 on Tuesday. Worth to mention a great performance of Jana Ashraf who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 5 rebounds and Reem Ashraf who added 8 points and 6 assists during the contest. The former international forward Mai Helwa (-1989) responded with 9 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks and Menna Awad scored 7 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Misr Insurance moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Somouha and Wadi Degla.
