The most surprising game was the first loss ofAl Ittihad Al. (12-1) on the court of twelfth ranked Smouha on Monday night. Visitors were defeated by Smouha 91-86 . It ended at the same time the 12-game winning streak of Al Ittihad Al.. Smouha dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Al Ittihad Al. American guard Pierre Jackson (180-1991, college: Baylor, agency: Slash Sports) replied with 26 points and 7 assists and the former international forward Aly Ahmed (206-1992, college: CSUB) added 18 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Al Ittihad Al.Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Smouha (6-7) moved-up to eighth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Al Ittihad Al. at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost. They share it with Al Ahly.
