The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Cairo:Canal (#3) and Al Zohour (#8). Canal (6-0) won against visiting Al Zohour (2-4) 63-51 . It was a good game for Mohamed Ezzat who led his team to a victory with 23 points and 5 rebounds. Islam Abdelmenem contributed with 9 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Amr Emad answered with 9 points and 12 rebounds and Yousef Thabet added 9 points in the effort for Al Zohour.
