City Oilers claim the sixth NBL title - Oct 18, 2018

City Oilers - Betway Power 81-73

City Oilers celebrated the sixth NBL title. They edged Betway Power to win the championship series 4-1. City Oilers shot 26 for 36 from the free-throw line, while Betway Power only scored seven points from the stripe. 30 personal fouls committed by Betway Power helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The former international James Okello (194-90) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds. Burundian forward Landry Ndikumana (198-95) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Forward Afidra Isaac (-85) answered with 11 points and 6 rebounds and the former international forward Joseph Ikong (193-85) added 8 points and 5 assists in the effort for Betway Power. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Betway Power's coach rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help.
