    KIU Titans - City Oilers 60-68

    City Oilers defended their NBL title. They edged KIU Titans in Game 4 of the Finals to complete the sweep of the championship series. The former international forward Stephen Omony (198-81) fired 22 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The former international James Okello (194-90) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Chris Omanye (183-94) produced 18 points and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and forward Francis Kumpanyi (-94) added 8 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

    KIU Titans are EasterCup 2017 1st edition Champions in Uganda. They posted a 78-68 win over Pemba Warriors Basketball Club in the Final game. At Half time Pemba Warriors Basketball Club led 42-39. n the game for the third place Power Bball takes won an overtime thriller against JKL Dolphins Basketball Club 83:75.
    Earlier Warriors thumbed JKL Dolphins 55-44 at YMCA in the semifinals on Sunday to qualify for the finals while KIU beat Power 82-62.
