PJ Hardy (ex US Monastir) is a newcomer at Al Ahly Tripoli

PJ Hardy

Defending champion Al Ahly Tripoli (D1) strengthened their roster with the addition of 27-year-old American guard PJ Hardy (185cm-77kg-1998, college: Louisiana). He played this summer at US Monastir in Tunisian ProA. In 8 Basketball Africa League games just recently, he recorded very impressive stats: 17.3ppg, 2.0rpg, 5.4apg (top 3), and 2.0spg (in top 5). He helped them to make it to the quarterfinals.
Hardy is a very experienced player. He has played professionally in Saudi Arabia, Serbia, and Libya. He has played on four different continents during his pro career. Hardy's team won the Tunisian Cup in 2025.
Among many awards, he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Serbian League Honorable Mention in 2023.
Hardy graduated from UL Lafayette in 2020 and it'll be his 7th season as a pro player.
