Tunisia needed overtime to beat Sale 77-73 at the Dubai International Basketball Championship. Tunisia started with a 22-8 run and led 14 points at the halftime. Sale managed to tie it all at 65-65, whilst Tunisia posted a final 12-6 run in overtime to seal the win.
Oussama Marnaoui (196-G-1999) top-scored for the winners with 25 points and Ashraf Gannouni notched 11. Khaled Buqisho replied with 20 points in a loss, whilst Tyler Williams (196-G-1996, college: San Diego) poured in 16.
