Cameroon seal Semifinal appearance in Lagos at the African Olympic Pre-Qualifiers. They overcame Tunisia 83-70 to win Group B. Tunisia opened the game better and grabbed a 21-19 lead at the start. Moreover, they kept 2-point advantage at the halftime and after three quarters. Cameroon on the other side replied with a massive 23-8 surge in the last stanza to win the game.
Jeremiah Hill (188-PG-1995, college: Valdosta St.) stepped up with 19 points and Philippe Bayehe had 16. Omar Abada (189-PG-1993) replied with 22 points in a loss, whilst Firas Lahiani (201-F-1991) netted 16.
