Walter Lemon Jr.

Ezzahra Sports (ProA) signed 29-year old American guard Walter Lemon Jr. (191cm-81kg-92, college: Bradley) for upcoming 2021-22 season. Lemon played last summer at Team 23 (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. He managed to play in four leagues in two countries last year (!!!). Lemon helped them to make it to the The Basketball Tournament final. The last season he was tested by Hapoel Tel Aviv in Israeli Winner League. The team played in three different competitions that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In four Israeli Winner League games he recorded 9.0ppg, 2.0rpg and 2.5apg. He also played 3 games in Balkan League where he averaged 14.7ppg, 2.7rpg, 7.7apg and 2.7spg. Lemon also played 1 game in Basketball Champions League where he got 5 points, 1 rebound, 1 assist, 2 steals and 1 block.
In 2015 (a year after he left the college) he was drafted by Fort Wayne Mad Ants (D-League) in second round (38th overall).
The former Bradley University standout is in his eighth season in pro basketball.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2014.
Lemon is quite experienced player. He has played in nine different countries on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). Lemon has played previously professionally in China (Flying Tigers), Germany (Crailsheim Merlins), Greece (Rethymno), Hungary (Kormend), Turkey (Beylikduzu), NBA (New Orleans Pelicans, Chicago Bulls, Boston Celtics and Indiana Pacers), NBA G League (Mine Celtics and Windy City B.), The Basketball Tournament (Always a Brave) and NBA Summer League (Chicago Bulls).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won NBA G League Central Division championship title in 2018. He was voted to USBasket.com All-NBA G League 2nd Team in 2019.
