Etoile Sportive La Goulette lands Todd O'brien

Etoile Sportive La Goulette (ProA) inked 32-year old American (has also Armenian passport) center Todd O'Brien (211cm-110kg-89, college: UAB).
O'Brien started the season at ES Sahel. He ended the last season at Sporting (Superleague) in Egyptian league. But the most of that year O'Brien spent at Hapoel Upper Galilee Safed in Israeli National League where in four games he recorded 5.0ppg and 4.0rpg.
O'Brien is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to eleven different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and of course North America). O'Brien has played previously professionally in France (Nantes), Japan, Latvia (Ventspils and Jekabpils), Lebanon (Sagesse), Poland (MKS DG), Qatar (Al Gharafa and Al Arabi), Russia, Egypt (Al Ahly and Al Ettehad), United Arab Emirates (Al Naser), Libya (Ahly Tripoli) and Armenia (Urartu).
Among many awards O'Brien played in the final of UAE League in 2018. He received also Afrobasket.com All-FIBA Africa Basketball League Honorable Mention award in 2019.
He attended University of Alabama at Birmingham until 2012 and it is his tenth season in pro basketball.
