Stade Nabeulien sign a second foreign player

Stade Nabeulien (ProA) landed 31-year old Haitian ex-international guard Hernst Laroche (190-77kg-89, college: NM State). He is the second foreign player on the roster as USA Michael Taylor signed here earlier.

Laroche played most recently at ES Sahel. Laroche helped them to make it to the semifinals. He also spent pre-season at Halifax Hurricanes in Canadian NBL Canada. Laroche was a member of the Haitian Senior National Team two years ago.

He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball Laroche experienced life in six different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Latin American, and of course North American leagues. Laroche has played previously professionally in Argentina (Hispano Americano de Rio Gallegos), France (Saint Quentin), Hungary (Sopron KC), Switzerland (Monthey), Ukraine, and Czech Republic (Usti n/Labem).

Among many awards, Laroche's college team won WAC Tournament in 2010 and 2012. He received also Latinbasket.com All-FIBA AmeriCup Caribbean Pre-Qualifier 2nd Team award in 2018.

He attended New Mexico State University until 2012 and it will be his ninth season in pro basketball.
