Dalia Sport Grombalia signs with Shane Henry, ex Reales LV

Dalia Sport Grombalia (ProA) inked American forward Shane Henry (203-86kg, college: Virginia Tech, agency: Epic Sports Consulting LLC). He joins another USA player Tamas Bruce who is already in the roster.
The last time (19) he played at Reales de La Vega in LNB league in Dominican Republic. He missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball.
Henry is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to four different countries on three different continents (Europe, Latin America and of course North America). Henry has played previously professionally in Mexico (Caballeros de Culiacan), Venezuela (Gaiteros), NBL-US (Georgia S.) and Armenia (Aragatz).
Among many awards Henry won Armenian League A championship title in 2019. He received also All-GCAA D1 Defensive Player of the Year award back in 2014 at his college time.
Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him to get the job in pro basketball.
He graduated from Virginia Tech University in 2017 and it will be his fourth season in pro basketball.
Henry's game is described as: "Shane is a super athletic forward that can finish inside on any size player and also is effective out to three-point range. He is also to put the ball on the floor and is a tenacious shot blocker"
Son of Henry Wynter and Kimberly Gethers-Wynter Has five siblings: Sandra, Shana, Trina, Tashauna and Makai.
