Ezzahra sign a second foreign player

Ezzahra Sports inked 31-year old Tunisian international forward Ziyed Chennoufi (201-88).

Chennoufi has a double citizenship as he also holds a German passport. Chennoufi has played for the last two years at ES Rades in the Nationale A. In three Africa Basketball League games, he averaged 10.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 2.7apg, and 1.3spg in the 2018-19 season.

Chennoufi also represented Tunisia at the Afrobasket Championships three years ago. His team won Gold and his stats at that event were 6 games: 9.3ppg, 3.0rpg, 1.8apg, FGP: 55.6%, 3PT: 45.5%, FT: 40.0%.

Chennoufi has played previously professionally also in Germany (TSV 1860 Hagen, EnBW Ludwigsburg, Phoenix Hagen, and Kirchheim Knights) and Tunisia (ES Sahel and Club Africain Tunis). Chennoufi's team won Tunisian League Regular Season in 2014 and 2019.

Among many awards, he received the Afrobasket.com All-African Champions Cup Honorable Mention award back in 2016.
