Nicholas Evans

Ezzahra Sports added to their roster 32-year old American center Nicholas Evans (210-113kg-88, college: S.Indiana). He played last season at Jutai Technology in the Taiwanese SBL league. Evans managed to play in three leagues in three countries last year. In 16 SBL games, he recorded very impressive stats: 18.3ppg, 8.9rpg (#5 in the league), 1.9apg, and 1.2bpg. He also played for Moncton Magic in Canadian NBLCanada where in two games he averaged 10.0ppg and 4.0rpg. The other team Evans played shortly was Vllaznia in Albanian league. In 5 Balkan League games, he had 10.0ppg and 6.6rpg.

He is a quite experienced player. Thanks to Evans' pro career he managed to play on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, and of course North America) in eight different countries. Evans has played previously professionally in Argentina (La Union), Romania (Sibiu), Saudi Arabia (Ohod), Switzerland (Lugano Tigers), TBL (Albany Patroons), Canada (The Storm, London Lightning, and Windsor Express), Ecuador (Guerreros) and Thailand (SWU).

The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won the NBL Canada championship title in 2019. Evans was also voted Latinbasket.com All-Ecuadorian National League Center of the Year in 2018.

He attended the University of Southern Indiana until 2012 and it will be his ninth season as a professional player.
