Da'Quan Cook (ex Al Ansar) agreed terms with JS Kairouan

Da'Quan Cook

J.S.Kairouan (Nationale A) inked 32-year old American forward Da'Quan Cook (205-100kg-87, college: St.Bonaventure). He played recently at Al Ansar in Saudi Arabian SBL league. Cook also played for Al-Hala (Premier League) in Bahrain league.
Among many awards he played in the final of Kazakhstan League in 2018. Cook received also Asia-Basket.com All-Kazakhstan League 1st Team award in 2018.
He is a very experienced player. Cook has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to thirteen different countries on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America). Cook has played previously professionally in Bulgaria (Yambol), Canada (The Storm and River Lions), China (Anhui Putianxingfa), Colombia (Cafeteros), France (Hyeres-Toulon), Morocco (FAR Rabat), Qatar (Al Khor), United Kingdom, Dominican Republic (Titanes Licey), Kazakhstan (Barsy Atyrau), NBA G League (Maine Red Claws) and The Basketball Tournament (Tim Thomas P.).
He attended St. Bonaventure University until 2012 and it is his eighth season in pro basketball.
Cook's game is described as: Da'Quan is a triple threat in the paint. He can score with back to bucket, Face and Shoot, or face and drive and finish at the rim. Great shooter anywhere on the floor including the 3 point shot.Good rebounder and shot blocker. Very fast in transition. Can Pick and Roll and Pick and Pop. Has 7' 3" wing span that creates steals in passing lanes. Good character on and off the floor.
