REG Women delivered a dominant performance to secure an emphatic 87–38 victory over Don Bosco Lady Lioness at the Women's Basketball League Africa (WBLA) Zone Five qualifiers. From the opening quarter, REG set the tone with a commanding 26–4 lead, showcasing superior ball movement, defensive pressure, and sharp shooting. They maintained their momentum throughout the game, extending the lead to 51–19 by halftime. Despite a more competitive second and third quarter from Don Bosco, REG’s depth and discipline kept them firmly in control. By the final buzzer, the Lady Lioness had no answer to REG’s pace and precision, as REG comfortably sealed the win with contributions across the roster and a balanced attack on both ends of the court.
