Mountaineers - Suns 77-67

Mountaineers celebrated 2025 BNL title. They held off Tshwane Suns in Game 2 to lift the trophy. Mountaineers forced 24 Suns turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by Suns helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Lerato Ngakane had a double-double by scoring 11 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and Talita Memani chipped in 17 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks during the contest. The former international Lindiwe Shabangu (-1995) responded with 14 points and 9 rebounds and Thando Mbuthuma scored 14 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Suns' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
