The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Limpopo P. as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Limpopo P. smashed 5th ranked NW Eagles at home 66-47. Limpopo P. dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to NW Eagles' 20. Limpopo P. forced 44 NW Eagles turnovers. It was a good game for Lufuno Mutungutungu who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds. Zanele Vimbela contributed with 10 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Fikile Chongwe replied with 8 points and 14 rebounds for NW Eagles. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Limpopo P. have a solid three-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. NW Eagles at the other side dropped to the fourth place with three games lost.
The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated MBB (3-1) in Cape. Visitors were defeated by WC Mountaineers (3-1) 62-58. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of MBB. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Worth to mention a great performance of Talita Mamani who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 rebounds and Chauness Goliath who added 16 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. WC Mountaineers' coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The best for the losing side was Mamotsoari Mofokeng with 24 points and 5 rebounds. WC Mountaineers have a solid three-game winning streak. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated MBB.
A very close game took place in Potchefstroom between NW Eagles and Soweto P.. Fifth ranked NW Eagles (2-3) got a very close home victory over one of their biggest challengers Soweto P. (1-3). NW Eagles managed to escape with a 1-point win 49-48 in the fight for the fourth place. The winners were led by Dineo Sabatini who scored that evening 7 points and 18 rebounds. NW Eagles' coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Even a double-double of 14 points and 16 rebounds by Lindokuhle Nkabini did not help to save the game for Soweto P.. NW Eagles moved-up to fourth place which they share with defeated Soweto P.. Loser Soweto P. keeps the fourth position with three games lost. They share it with Egoli M. and NC Zebras.

NW Eagles managed to escape with a 1-point win 49-48 in the fight for the fourth place. NW Eagles held Soweto P. to an opponent 20.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 26.1 percent accuracy of the winners. NW Eagles forced 35 Soweto P. turnovers. Strangely Soweto P. outrebounded NW Eagles 70-53 including a 31-14 advantage in offensive rebounds.
