WBNL Round 10 (Regular Season): Egoli M. lose to Tshwane S. in the game between Top 4 teams

There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in WBNL. Host teams show no mercy winning all games. Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

The game between Top Four teams took place in Tshwane. Second ranked host Tshwane S. (3-1) defeated 4th ranked Egoli M. (1-3) 55-50. Tshwane S. held Egoli M. to an opponent 19.8 percent shooting from the field compared to 27.8 percent accuracy of the winners. Tshwane S. forced 23 Egoli M. turnovers and outrebounded them 65-46 including a 43-28 advantage in defensive rebounds. Zimbabwean Charity Chigumba (176-1986) had a double-double by scoring 11 points and 23 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Herculina Bila chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Tshwane S.'s coach used entire bench in such tough game. At the losing side Monalisa Maphumulo responded with 8 points and 16 rebounds. Tshwane S. have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with FS Warriors. Egoli M. lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with three games lost. They share the position with NC Zebras. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
Fourth ranked KZ Marlins (2-2) crushed at home 5th ranked NC Zebras (1-3) by 55 points 87-32, which is the biggest margin this round. Silindile Shange notched a double-double by scoring 16 points, 17 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and Ziyanda Makafula supported her with 17 points and 5 rebounds. KZ Marlins' coach felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 9 points and 8 rebounds by Thandeka Maluleka did not help to save the game for NC Zebras. KZ Marlins moved-up to third place. NC Zebras at the other side dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. They share it with Egoli M.. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
