Ayajabula Mthethwa gets MVP of the Week award for South African WBNL (by Hoops Agents)

Ayajabula Mthethwa had a great game in the last round for Kwa-Zulu Marlins and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The had a double-double of 14 points and 10 rebounds, while her team edged out Egoli M. (1-1) 59-56. KZ Marlins was forced-out from the top positions in South African WBNL. KZ Marlins is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-1 record. Mthethwa has many years of experience at KZ Marlins, through which she has constantly improved. Ayajabula Mthethwa averages just after two games 7.0ppg and 5.5rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Zimbabwean power forward Charity Chigumba (176-PF-1986) of league's best team Tshwane Suns. Chigumba impressed basketball fans with 6 points, 11 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course she led Tshwane S. to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked KZ Marlins (1-1) 68-29. The third best performed player last round was another KZ Marlins' star - Zanefa Shabalala. Shabalala showcased her all-around game by recording 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in the last round. She was another key player of Kwa-Zulu Marlins, helping her team with a 59-56 win against #2 ranked Egoli M.. KZ Marlins needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams in Group B. Their record at this point is 1 victories and 1 lost games. Shabalala has a great season in South Africa. After only 2 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 12.0ppg (8th best).
