It allowed Tshwane S. to take over top position in the South African WBNL. Tshwane S. have a solid 4-1 record. Mabasa has many years of experience at Tshwane S., through which she has constantly improved. Fadzai Mabasa has solid league stats. She is in league's top in points (8th best: 13.0ppg). The second best player in last round's games was Rachel Ngona of M.Rhinos. Ngona had a very good evening with 26 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists. Of course she led M.Rhinos to another comfortable win 66-47 over EC Windbreakers (#6, 0-5) being unquestionably team leader. Despite this victory M.Rhinos slide down in the standings to 5th position in Group A. Her team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 2-3 record. Ngona is one of the most experienced players at M.Rhinos and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 19.8ppg (#4).
