Limpopo, Egoli and Soweto successfully started 2021 season in South Africa. Limpopo edged Soweto 49-36 in the opener, while Egoli beat NC Zebras 110-20.
In the third game Soweto outscored NC Zebras 75-26. Londeka Gumede top-scored for the winners with 22 points and Thando Mbuthuma added 18. Melisa Mthembu replied with 10 points in a loss.
