ASC Ville de Dakar - APR WOMEN BBC 78-71

ASC Ville de Dakar edged APR Women BBC 78–71 in a tightly contested WBLA matchup, overturning an early deficit to claim victory. APR started stronger with a 24–19 lead after the first quarter, but ASCV responded with a dominant 26-point second period to take control of the game heading into halftime. Maintaining their momentum, ASC Ville de Dakar extended their advantage in the third quarter before withstanding a late APR surge in the fourth. Despite APR’s spirited push, ASCV’s balanced scoring and timely execution secured them a hard-fought seven-point win.
Aliyah Matharu (170-G-2001, college: Baylor) stepped up with 22 points and Aminata Ndong (176-G-2006) had 16. Destiney Philoxy (170-G-2000, college: UMass) ended up with 18 points in a loss, whilst Italee Lucas (172-G-1989, college: UNC) had 15.
