Al Sharjah (D1) signed 30-year-old Senegalese international 197cm center Madjiguene Sene

She last played for Sporting Bkennaya in the Lebanese WLBL, where she averaged an impressive 24.4ppg, 16.8rpg, 1.3apg, 1.3spg, and 1.8bpg in 15 games. Sene was named Asia-Basket.com All-Lebanese League Center of the Year, made the All-Defensive Team, and was selected to the All-Imports Team. In the previous season, she competed for Al Ahly Cairo in the Egyptian league. Sene has been a regular member of the Senegalese Senior National Team since 2020.
Sene has played in France (Furdenheim and Escaudain) and Senegal (Ville de Dakar) as well. She won the Egyptian League championship title in 2025.
