Sevilla signs rookie Fanta Gassama

Gardenstore Baloncesto Sevilla (LF Challenge) signed Senegalese 185cm forward Fanta Gassama for the upcoming season. She recently graduated from NM State (NCAA). In 31 games, she averaged 9.3ppg, 8.6rpg, 2.0apg, and 1.7spg last season.
She started her college career at South Georgia Technical College (JUCO) before transferring to the University of Arizona (NCAA).
As mentioned above, she is just out of college and it will be her first full season in pro basketball. Gassama played for other colleges such as the University of Arizona and South Georgia Technical College.
