Ancona inks Tabara Mbaye

Basket Girls Ancona (Serie A2) agreed terms with 18-year-old Senegalese power forward Tabara Mbaye (187cm-2007) for the new 2025-26 season. She is the second foreign player in the roster as French Carla Bremaud signed here earlier. She will still stay in Italy where she played last season at Credit Agricole La Spezia in the Serie B. In 24 Serie A2 games, she had 5.0ppg and 4.1rpg. The previous (2023-24) season she played at another Italian team Oxygen Roma Basket (Serie A1).
