IDK Euskotren signs rookie Khadija Faye in her first year in pro basketball

Euskotren San Sebastian (LF Endesa) strengthened their roster with the addition of 22-year-old Senegalese 193cm center Khadija Faye for the 2025-26 season. She is the second foreign player on the team, with Slovakian Veronika Remenarova signing earlier. Faye recently graduated from Pittsburgh (NCAA) and put up impressive stats in 28 games last season: 19.3ppg, 10.1rpg, 1.4apg, 1.2spg, and 2.6bpg.
She began her college career at Texas Tech University (NCAA) before transferring to The University of Texas (NCAA).
As mentioned above, she is fresh out of college and it will be her first full season in pro basketball.
She represented Senegal at the African Championship U18 in Cairo (Egypt) five years ago. She was the best scorer at the tournament with over 11 points per game, while she helped her team to win Bronze. Faye played for other colleges like The University of Texas and Texas Tech University.
