APR forced 24 Inspired Gen. turnovers and outrebounded them 46-31 including a 36-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. APR looked well-organized offensively handing out 35 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Inspired Gen.'s players. The best player for the winners was Nigerian center Israel Otobo (200-2004) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international Dieudonne Ndizeye (201-1996) chipped in 12 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. Samuel Asiribo produced 9 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the guests.
The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Azomco in Kigali. Visitors were rolled over by Patriots 100-66. Point guard Hubert Kwizera (184-2004) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists. Damaria Franklin contributed with 24 points and 4 assists for the winners. Blaise Mugisha (-2004) replied with 21 points for Azomco. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Another interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Kigali: Tigers and Kepler. Tigers smashed visiting Kepler by 23 points 85-62. Antino Jackson scored 21 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners. Chandelier Twizeyimama responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
