APR beat REG to claim SuperCup title

APR celebrated 2026 SuperCup title. They overcame REG for the first trophy of the new season. Kamba Diakite (172-G-1999) stepped up with 22 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge. Violette Uwimpuhwe (165-SG-2004) and Jane Dusabe (C-2005) had 13 points each for the winners.
APR started strong as they grabbed a 39-26 halftime lead. REG limited their opponents to just 10 points in the third frame to pull within 8 points at the final break. APR sank 26 points in the fourth quarter and raced to the victory.
Odile Tetero (162-PG-1998) replied with 20 points, while Henriette Uwimpihwe tossed in 15 points in the loss.
