Second ranked host REG (9-1) smashed 4th ranked RP-IPRC Huye (6-4) 88-69. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of RP-IPRC Huye. REG shot 19 for 29 from the free-throw line, while RP-IPRC Huye only scored three points from the stripe. REG forced 36 RP-IPRC Huye turnovers. Strangely RP-IPRC Huye outrebounded REG 57-41 including a 35-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. REG looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The former international point guard Rosine Micomyiza (-1995) scored 25 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals to lead the charge for the winners and Ange Irakoze (181-2003) chipped in 19 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side the former international center Nicole Urwibutso (-1994) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. REG have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 9-1 record behind leader APR. RP-IPRC Huye at the other side keeps the fourth place with four games lost. They share the position with Kepler.
D1 top team - APR (10-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat seventh ranked EA Univ (3-8) in Kigali 67-52. The former international center Charlotte Umugwaneza (195-1984) notched a double-double by scoring 21 points and 18 rebounds to lead the effort and Marie Imanizabayo supported her with 20 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Even a double-double of 10 points and 14 rebounds by Fabiola Umunyuragaju did not help to save the game for EA Univ. EA Univ's coach rotated ten players and allowed the starting five to rest. Undefeated APR have an impressive ten-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 10-0 record. EA Univ lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with eight games lost.

Brigitte Nibishaka fired a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Aline Uwimana produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 15 rebounds for lost side. GSMRR maintains third position with 8-2 record having just two points less than leader APR. Loser Gahini keeps the eighth place with seven games lost.
