APR clinched 2024 Genocide Memorial Tournament. They needed an overtime to beat REG 86-81.
APR started better and led 9 points at the end of the first quarter. Both teams nailed 22 points each in the second frame and the board showed 45-36 for APR. REG was too far to give up and erupted with a 29-9 surge in the fourth quarter to tie it all. In overtime however APR posted a 14-9 run to win the game. Sandra Kantore was the highest scorer of the game with 19 points.
