Wolves add Sulaimon to their roster

Rasheed Sulaimon

Newly promoted BC Wolves Vilnius (LKL) added to their roster 29-year old Nigerian-American ex-international shooting guard Rasheed Sulaimon (193cm-86kg-1994, college: Maryland) for season 2023-24. Sulaimon played last season at Konyaspor in Turkish BSL league. In 23 games he was league's fifth best scorer with impressive 18.0ppg and had 4.7rpg and 5.2apg.
The previous (2021-22) season he played at JL Bourg in French Betclic ELITE ProA where in 34 games he recorded 13.2ppg, 3.4rpg and 2.9apg in that year. He also played 18 games in Eurocup where he averaged 13.5ppg, 3.2rpg, 3.2apg and 1.0spg in that year.
Sulaimon has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2016. He was a member of Nigerian Senior National Team in 2020.
Sulaimon has played also professionally in Spain (Zaragoza), France (JDA Dijon and Metropolitans) and NBA G League (Greensboro Swarm).
He was voted to All-Big Ten Honorable Mention back in 2016.
Sulaimon graduated from University of Maryland in 2016 and it will be his eighth season as a professional player. He played also for Duke University for 3 years.
