King signs Michael Fakuade

Michael Fakuade

King Szczecin (EBL) signed 31-year old American (has also Nigerian passport) forward Michael Fakuade (201-107kg-89, college: UIS, agency: Slash Sports). He played last season at Chalons-Reims in French Jeep ELITE ProA. In 25 games he had 6.4ppg and 4.1rpg.
The previous (18-19) season Fakuade played at Entente Orleans 45 (ProB) in French league where in 39 games he recorded 10.4ppg, 6.3rpg, 1.4apg and 1.1bpg. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week.
Fakuade has played previously professionally in Germany (ETB Wohnbau and Hannover Tigers) and Spain (Leche Rio Breogan, Palencia, Basquet and Gipuzkoa).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted Eurobasket.com German 2.Bundesliga Pro A All-Defensive Team back in 2014.
He attended University of Illinois at Springfield until 2012 and it will be his ninth season as a professional player.
