Alpha Diallo
AO Pagrati Athens (A2) added to their roster 29-year old naturalized Guinean 210cm center Alfa Diallo for season 2022-23. It is actually his comeback to Athens as he has played here before. Diallo played most recently at Doukas in the B.
The previous (2020-21) season he played at Pagrati where in 19 A2 games he recorded just 2.9ppg and 2.3rpg in that year.
He was a member of Greek U20 National Team in 2011.
Diallo has played also professionally in Spain (Cambados), Greece (Panathinaikos, Gymnastikos Olympia Larissas, AE Kallitheas and Enosi Kavalas) and France (Est Lyonnais).

A young giant who started playing basketball only at the age of 17 in Larissa. Comes from a different background but has all the energy to learn fast so as to grow up and mature basketball wise. Could be the next basketball surprise for the Hellenic Basketball. He has an opening arm wise around 2.30 cm. He needs to work hard and gains some physical weight in order to be able to play against stronger opponents, Diallo expected to become at least 2.15-2.7 by his 17th year of age. Alfa can play back to the basket with right and left hand, solid rebounder and excellent passer.
